Facilities Fee and City Tax Effective Immediately


Since the pandemic, all fees associated with operating a swap meet have been increasing more and more. Our dumpsters went up in cost by more than 30%. The sweeper and toilets were increased by 28%. Insurance went up 200%! This is happening nationwide, and we have tried to maintain the exact pricing for as long as possible.

Effective today, we will collect a $10 per booth facilities fee to cover these increases and the imposed “per booth – per day” City Tax we must collect from each vendor for every booth rental we have waived and covered for you for the past two years.

Trash disposal, toilet facilities, insurance, and permit fees have all increased. We must cover these costs to deliver a safe and profitable swap meet.
