As many of you know, we are going to run an Annual Booth License Auction each month for only the booths that do NOT have a current License. Last month we ran the first auction and many of the booths were bid on. We are now running these auctions every month for all NON Licensed booths for those who were either outbid, missed the auction or new to LACC Swap Meet.

All auctions are SOFT CLOSE Auctions. What does that mean? A Soft Close makes the bidding fair. It will not allow for someone to snipe a bid or slam in a last second bid to win. If someone bids within 5 mins of the set closing time, the system will add an additional 5 mins to the end time allowing the other people to place their new bid and so on. This will continue until the last bid is entered and 5 minus elapses.

This is a great feature for those who know they have a highest bid in mind and want the set to record that and automatically place bids for you up until your Proxy Amount. Let’s say you want There is more on this on the Auction Page.

If you already have a BOOTH LICENSE, Your Booths are NOT INCLUDED in the auction. Please do not call or email us asking, “What if I have a booth license already?” This Auction if only for booths that did not get bids previously.
