Helpers at LACC Swap Policy

It’s unfortunate that more than just a few vendors have caused us to now get strict on vendor helpers allowed in for no charge.

Effective immediately, when you arrive, you will be handed one wristband per booth owner and one additional band for a helper.

If you have two booths, you will receive three bands. One for you and one per booth for your helpers. 3 booths = 4 bands etc.

These bands will be handed to you as you arrive. You will NOT be able to get them after you arrive. If a helper is not in the vehicle or does not arrive when you do, you can bring the band(s) to your helpers, but they will NOT be permitted to walk in without a band or paying admission.

Using my name, our staff, or a vendor’s name to gain entry will not be permitted.

Booth License Policy

This week we did NOT release booths on Friday at 7 PM, but we will be starting this week.

If I had released them as all Booth License Holders had been informed, many would have lost their booths for this weekend.

Our Policy is that by owning a Booth License that “reserves” your booth(s) until Friday at 7 PM for the upcoming weekend. If you plan on attending a specific weekend, you MUST PAY for your booth by that Friday at 7 PM. At 7:15 PM, all unpaid booth license booths will be released so that any approved vendor can book them. We can not hold booths past 7 PM on Friday.

For example, pay for your booth(s) before Friday at 7 PM if you intend to come next week.
