When you book, please understand that we are open rain or shine, and we do not credit, transfer, or refund booth fees based on rain.

* The exception to the Rain or Shine policy is if we feel that it would be unsafe to operate the flea market due to forecasted high winds, hail and or thunderstorms. If we cancel due to these reasons, a coupon code will be sent to all booked sellers for the value of the booking to be used at a future flea market.
